100% Cabernet Franc. Half of this rosé was barrel-fermented and aged, a quarter in a seasoned barrel and a quarter in a new French oak puncheon. This adds gentle weight to the wine and brings a delicate creaminess to balance the lively acidity. You may find sweet peach and bright clementine you sip, with a hint of soft red fruit. An expansive, palate-filling style with an everlasting finish.
The fruit was chilled overnight prior to cold processing, then destemmed and lightly crushed prior to pressing for gentle color extraction.
