Fresh and inviting aromas of lychee, grapefruit and delicate white peach lead to juicy, ripe stone fruit and citrus on the palate. Aromatic and refreshing with a clean finish. These particular vines are grown at Greenstone Vineyards, one of our favorite local partner-growers, in soil with a high stone content, which adds a crisp mineral character to the wine.
100% Albariño, hand-harvested early September 2022. After harvest, the grapes were chilled overnight and then whole-cluster pressed. The wine was fermented cold in stainless steel. Bottled January 2023.
