Unité Reserve represents the best lots from our home vineyard. Careful barrel selection allows us to best express the vineyard and vintage. Harvested September and October 2017. The three different varietals were fermented separately in open-top fermenters with twice-daily punchdowns, and then barrel-aged for 17 months in new French oak barrels. Bottled January 2019, 165 cases.
